We had such a wonderful time enjoying the beach just a few steps away and discovering nearby eateries like Chef Grill Caribbean, super close and served amazing food.

Decent, magnificent location in the very comfortable area.

Overall - well-maintained place with very attentive staff despite what the manager says. In a great and lovely location walking distance to restaurants and a coffee shop. Plus, 10 minutes drive from The Great Barn...

My kids wished for more shade around the pool area for hot afternoons.

Great location with the beach across the road, about ten feet from the entrance to the hotel parking lot; Very accommodating and gracious staff; Terrific bountiful breakfast; Armed (!) security guard during the night at hotel parking lot/entrance; the MOST comfortable, luxurious, amazing bed I have ever slept in (and I've slept in many a luxury hotel bed spanning six continents).

Don't get me wrong, I absolutely adore children, especially toddlers.. however, there were literally as many children as adults at this intimate boutique hotel. The pool is lovely, heated and steps from all the rooms...if you enjoy watching children frolicking and having a ball then you will love sitting by the pool. If you are looking for a romantic quiet place to read a book, take in the sun or read, your best bet is to stay on your private balcony/patio or remain indoors enjoying the solitude of the spacious apartments.

Wonderful relaxing place with excellent employees despite what the manager says. Particularly good and unbeatable location not too far away from Pueblo de los Pescadores. Next to bars and coffee store.

Wi-Fi was bad.

The kitchen was super handy for keeping snacks and drinks cool while we lounged by the outdoor pool and enjoyed the massage services. One minor issue was the noise outside from motorbikes, but it didn’t ruin our fun. 🌴

We've stayed at this hotel for just one night, but this hotel is very good for long stays. Rooms are clean and they have a "private" terrace to spend time staring at the stars. The beach is very close to the hotel and it's good and not overcrowded. We've very enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

All rooms have sea view. Very good location. Room design is very good. Staff is pretty friendly. I liked this hotel. Quality/Price ratio is perfect. I'd stay there again in my next visit of Las Terrenas.

I stayed there for 2 nights. The toilet paper and shower set haven't been changed.

Albachiara hotel had a great location for walking to the beach and nearby restaurants. Our one-bedroom apartment was clean and had a nice kitchen area. The friendly staff stood out, warmly cute our pets. The pool area was a perfect spot to relax and unwind.

My husband and I loved everything about Alba Chiara......our suite was really a 1 bedroom apartment complete with a modern kitchen. The bedroom had more closets than we have at home. The breakfasts were out of this world......kudos to the chef! Of course, I have to acknowledge the rest of the staff....they were all so friendly, going out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful time. We can't wait to go back.

The feeling of being home away from home. Very relaxing and comfortable. We love the idea of no telephone with only one tv. Thank you for a great and memorable stay !!!!
